The Company was originally incorporated as Fairdeal Properties Limited (FPL) in 1985. The Certificate of Incorporation was issued on 19^th June, 1985 under the Companies Act, 1956 by National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. The certificate of commencement of business issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana on 19^th June, 1985.

We are an integrated real estate company poised on development residential, commercial, retail and other projects. We undertake customized infrastructure projects as well. We also indulge ourselves in to trading of residential and commercial unit and also provide our consultancies for real estate projects.

The main object of the Company is to business of builders and contractors, architects, decorators, merchants and dealers in stone, sand, lime, bricks, cement, timber, hardware and other building materials. The Company is also carries on the business of real estates developers, colonizers multi-storeyed builders and real estate agents. The Company is also engaged in the business of finance, trust, legal trust and to finance industrial Enterprises and to promote companies engaged in Industrial and trading business.
